2、Analyze sales data and market trends, formulate promotion strategies, improve product search rankings and conversion rates, and achieve monthly sales targets.
3、Monitor inventory turnover rate, coordinate with the supply chain team to develop replenishment plans, and avoid the risk of stockouts or unsalable products.
4、Handle customer inquiries and after-sales issues, maintain store praise rates, and reduce RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) rates.
5、Track changes in platform policies and promptly adjust operational strategies to avoid compliance risks.
